Can you believe we are in a new year? I guess it’s time to set those goals and win big, right? So, let’s get started with the theme for the year. Do you have a theme for the new year yet? Do you mind sharing it with me?
Who is ready to solve puzzles with me in this new year? Let’s start by the meaning of X Cube. X-Cube is a twisting logic puzzle with 4 extra layers added on to a 3x3x3 cube. It can take on 594 novemdecillion [5.94*10^38] different permutations! That’s over 13 quintillion times more permutations than the original 3x3x3 cube. .
I lost you there . Okay, let’s get into it. This year, I will need you to take 3 areas of your lives (e.g. career, wealth and health) and invest 3 times the efforts invested last year (whether by smart work or hard work or by complete overhaul or transitioning). There are multiple permutations possible for each goal. Explore and explore.

Yearly, I choose a word or sentence that best describes what I desire and want to focus on, or what I want to improve upon in the new year.
Instead of those resolutions made yearly, I use my theme word / sentence as my anchor, the focal point and use it to redirect my thoughts when I start winding down and wandering. I allow this word to be an anchor for my year and consider it when making decisions about career and personal life.
Last year, I decoded 10X and the year before then, I solved for X. Whatever word you choose, let it be the title of your vision board, use it as a hashtag in your posts and place it on a sticker that will sit on the corner of your laptop or wherever you can see it regularly. This year, we are not allowed to be purposeless.
I know some of you already planned your year but you are permitted to look over that plan and make sure it will push you to get out of your comfort zone. Last year might have been really rough considering the sudden change Into the new normal, but it’s time to move on. Let’s go!
